Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

Adzetta LLC ("Adzetta", "we", "us", or "our") operates www.adzetta.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how it is processed, and who receives it. We wrote it to accurately reflect what the Website actually does, not what a generic template might say.

Summary

Adzetta does not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, keystroke capture, mouse tracking, behavioral profiling, fingerprinting, or any similar technology on the Website. We do not set cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. We do not sell or share visitor information with data brokers or advertisers. The Website is a simple informational site that also lets you send us a contact message if you choose to.

Information We Collect

Information you submit through the contact form. If you fill out and submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your company, topic selection, and message. This information is transmitted only when you intentionally submit the form. We do not capture what you type into the form as you type it, and we do not send form contents to any third party before you submit.

Information you send by email. If you email us at info@adzetta.com, we receive the contents of your message and the information your email client attaches to it (such as your email address).

Information Our Infrastructure Necessarily Processes

Delivering any website requires basic technical information to reach your browser. Our hosting and security infrastructure (Cloudflare) necessarily processes standard request metadata to serve pages, protect the Website from abuse and attack, and diagnose problems. This metadata can include your IP address, browser and device information (user-agent), the pages requested, timestamps, and referring URLs. This is inherent to how the internet works and is used for website delivery, security, fraud and abuse prevention, and diagnostics. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or profiling. Adzetta does not maintain additional application-level logs of visitor IP addresses beyond what our infrastructure retains for these operational purposes.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising, or visitor tracking. Cloudflare may set a small number of strictly necessary security cookies (for example, to help detect abusive traffic); these are used solely to protect the Website and are not used to profile visitors. We do not use localStorage, sessionStorage, browser fingerprinting, or similar client-side identification techniques for tracking.

Third Parties That Actually Receive Information

The only third parties that may receive information in connection with the Website are:

  • Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting, DNS, and security provider. Cloudflare necessarily processes request metadata (including IP address) to deliver the Website and defend it against abuse.
  • Resend (Resend.com), the transactional email service we use to deliver contact-form submissions to our inbox. Resend only receives the contents of a contact-form submission when you submit one.
  • Google Workspace, the email service that hosts info@adzetta.com. If you email us or if your contact-form message is delivered to that inbox, Google processes that email as our email provider.

We do not load third-party analytics, advertising, marketing, or social-media scripts on the Website. Fonts, styles, and scripts used by the Website are served from our own domain; the Website does not fetch resources from third-party CDNs.

How We Use Information

We use information you submit through the contact form or by email solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about it. We use operational metadata processed by our infrastructure to deliver the Website, protect it from abuse and attack, and diagnose technical problems.

Data Minimization and Retention

We collect only what is necessary to operate the Website, respond to inquiries you send us, and protect the Website. We retain contact-form submissions and email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide any services you request, and maintain business records. Infrastructure and security logs are retained by our providers according to their standard practices for the operational purposes described above.

Your Choices

You can browse the Website without submitting any information. If you would like a copy of the contact-form information you submitted, or would like us to delete it, contact us at info@adzetta.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act); we will honor valid requests to the extent required by law.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, including transport encryption (HTTPS) for all traffic to and from the Website. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to Other Sites

The Website may contain links to sites we do not operate. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Children's Privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
